I am 34 years old I have 4 kids boys 16 and 14, daughters 8 and 6. I got my tubes tied when the 6yo was born untied in August 2009. Since then I have had 8 miscarriages. the first pregnancy was a blighted ovum the made it to 14 weeks, 3 pregnacys that didnt make it past 5 weeks. Another pregnancy that made it to 9 weeks, had a heartbeat and ended in trisomy 16. An ectopic that I recieved methotrexate for but then ruptured. 2 Chemical pregnancys after that. Family history mother with lupus, and arthritis. No one on mother side with repeated miscarriges, father side unsure of. Husband do not have any bio kids and 30 years old. My RE keep saying progesterone deficiency. He wants me on femera, Menopur, HCG, and progesterone. He said all my repeated loss levels were normal. My TSH was done recently it was 3.65. Can you please offer me any help. My RE also want to do IVF. I have no problem getting pregnant hence the 8 pregnancys in 2 1/2 years. Money is an issuse so I dont want to sink thousands of dollars into something without finding out why the losses. My heart is very heavy and tired. Is there treatment I can do like a kitchen sink approach that would not require alot of freviolous test. Thank you so much. And sorry so long.

You definetely need to call me and schedule a telephone or skype consult. It is clear from your family history and your clinical history there is an immune issue that can almost certainly be treated most likely without the need for IVF.
