4th miscarriage last week

Hello,
I started TTC in 2009 (I am now 41) and have had 4 miscarriage since then.
In the first one I saw a small embryo and had a d&c at 9 weeks. The second one was a blighted ovum and the genetic test revealed a Down syndrome in mosaicism.
We ran all the RPL panel: immunology, trombophily, genetics, hormonal tests and nothing came up except for a MTHFR mutation with normal levels of homocysteine.
We then had a 3rd pregnancy with a spontaneous abortion and a fourth one in november with another spontaneous abortion.

What can I test more? The doctors suggest a DNA fragmentation test for my husband and nothing else.
I also had a CIN3 back in 2010 and I don't want to take any cortisone without a real need.
Except for my age I don't really have any issue and I have regular cycles, normal temperatures, everything is fine. I think I am also fertile since I become pregnant in 6 months of trying.

After this last miscarriage I am really hopeless, though.

I think you need a complete immunology workup , please if you haven't contact our offices and I would be happy to assist you. Most RPL panels do not contain our immunology profile .
