6 weeks pregnant w/ high NK's

Hi Dr. Braverman,

First, I'm so thankful that there's a forum that you dedicate your time and knowledge to--thank you!!
ill try to make sum this up shortly...been pregnant 4x and have miscarried each time. I have +ATA's and + NK's. I am being treated with 30 mg prednisone, lovenox 40 mg 2x day, PIO 2cc, estradiol, intralipids bi-weekly. The week of transfer my NK's were at their lowest at 3%. I got a positive beta and upon that had another intralipid infusion. Just a week after my infusion my NK's were tested and came back the highest they've ever been at 28%!! I was shocked and am terrified for my current pregnancy! Is it common for NK's to go up in pregnancy even on all of these immune suppressants? Is my pregnancy in danger and is there anything else I can do? I am having another infusion done in 2 days and I'm worried sick that its too late already. I had a scan at 5.5 weeks and was measuring right on track.

I don't want to lose this pregnancy and will do anything. I just hope its not too late.
