7 miscarriages and nothing wrong!!!

I will try and summarise my story briefly:
I have had 7 pregnancies and all have failed. I have had one natural pregnancy when I was 44 and this ended at 11 weeks and was probably due to my age, I then had an attempt at IVF with own eggs but had poor response so went on to Donor eggs. I have had 7 cycles so far with 6 resulting in pregnancy and all of those have been with slow rising B-hcg levels and all ending at 5 – 6 weeks apart from the first where I had an ectopic which was not discovered until 9 weeks. I have no immune issues, no thyroid issues, no clotting disorders, no infections, no nk's , normal TNF, all my tests have come back as normal, despite this I have had treatment with steroids, LIT, intralipids, antibiotics, anti-virals, PBMC, I have had downreggulation pre treatment, I have had cycles without drugs and with everything, I have pretty much tried everything but nothing has made any difference, the same thing happens every time. I have not had a test for beta 3 integrin but wonder now if this may be the key, but I have never heard of anyone with this profile and wonder if anything will ever change what happens. I am wondering if you think trying letrazole could help or if you can think of anything that might have been missed?? (Ps. We have always used my husband's sperm which has passed every test with flying colours, DNA fragmentation was OK and no chromosome issues, he has 2 children from a previous relationship, we always get very good fertilisation and have had a good percentage make blastocycsts, we have done 3 day transfers and 5 day transfers)
Any thoughts would be welcome

Many thanks

Sorry for all your losses. Being that you have not been successful with 7 donor egg cycles, we will need to further explore the reasons for your losses with an extensive immune panel-there are many more cells besides NK and TNF that we look at for signs of inflammation and immune rejection. I will need to review your history in detail ,please feel free to contact my office for a consult.
