Dear Dr. Braverman,I've heard numerous ladies say that intralipids did not work for them because it caused their nka to increase. Some of them were told by their RI that it was because of a clotting disorder they have. In your experience, do clotting disorders such as PAI1, MTHFR or APS impact the success of intralipids?

No this is not true at all. Some that had an increase in NKa have to understand that the test by itself is very unreliable as a sole determinant of success of therapy. As usual it is an oversimplication by those that really do not understand immunology.
