Dear Dr. Braverman,

We came to see you last year around this time.
We now have the resources to consider another IVF, this time with your protocol and management.

Could you please tell us what exactly the protocol would entail?
At our first visit, you had recommended Intralipids - then we did more testing with you, and I tested moderately positive for ANA and APA, as well as being positive for the MTHRG....(?) gene. So, you then thought my case was more complicated and recommended adding in Heparin and steroids to the protocol.

I would like to know all the drugs involved as I am very sensitive, especially to medications - you might recall how I needed to have the blood taken in two sittings - and also how well I responded to stim meds for my age, during my prior IVF.

I have very high levels of anti-thyroid antibodies and NK cells as well.

We are considering doing the IVF in March, so would also need to know how much time is needed to implement your protocol and what the cost would be.

We would be doing the IVF with our RE in Albany, who is willing to work with you on the management.

We look forward to working with you again! Hope you are doing well, and Happy New Year.

Yours,
Nora Cage & Martin Keith

your therapy will start at the beginning of your IVF cycle so you have time and only need to alert us when you are about to start the cycle. You will be using the ILs as well as starting lovenox (heparin) and prednisone at the beginning of your stimulaiton. we will give you the exact protocol once you are ready to begin our nurses will forward this to you and your RE .
Please contact Judy at our office and she will be happy to review all financial issues with you.
I will be happy to work alongside your RE to help you finally achieve a successful pregnancy.
