Hi Dr. Braverman-

I've gone through 2 fresh IVFs and one FET. I had a chemical pregnancy on my FET and a blighted ovum on my 2nd IVF. I had to have a D&C in May for my blighted ovum. We are currently trying to do another FET. I've always had lining issues...never getting over 7.5 but now I can't seem to get past 5.5-6 since my D&C. My RE says that the hysterscopy doesn't show any scaring from the D&C. I've had to cancell the past 3 cycles becasue the priming didn't work. I am currently on follistim to see if that will build my lining. At my first check this Mon ( 6 days on low dose-150iu) it was still 5. I go back tomorrow to see if it has increased any. I asked my doctor about the neupogen and she said she has never used it before but is aware of it. She said I could try it if I liked and that it would be on single dose. I think administered through a shot to the uterus (she didn't give me many details)?!?! In the past few months I have also forced thrombophilia testing on my doctors, as my RE didn't think it was necessary to test for. I found out that I am homozygous for MTHFR C677T and I have PAI-1 (4g/5g). Both my RE and my OBGYN say that I will need Lovenex but not until I get pregnant. Can you tell me if the single shot of neupogen is a correct way to take it and if should be on lovenex before or at transfer? I appreciate your help in advanced.
