What do yeast infections do to our immune system when we have an active yeast infection going on?

Is having a yeast infection during a TTC cycle detrimental to the outcome, when immune issues are being treated? (when using dexamethasone, intralipids, and Neupogen)

Is using an OTC 7 day treatment ok, so long as it is over with a few days prior to IUI?
What about Diflucan, the oral prescription treatment?

Thank you for your help!!

best to have no active infections while TTC. yes OTC treatments are fine.

So do you think if OTC treatment is done 5-6 days before the IUI, would that be ok?

Also, I heard that probiotics like acidophilus can increase NKa - is that true?

Acidophilus works beautifully for me to prevent yeast infections when I'm on antibiotics, so I just started taking it again - and then I read that it's bad for NKa. ugh.
