Hello Dr. Braverman.

Im currently going through another rmiscarriage at 6w 2d. My First IVF resulted in 6 mature eggs/all 6 fertilized, but they said on day 3-4 the embryos were growing very slow and they did not look that good. 2 early blasts of fair grading was transferred, 2 arrested, and 2 were frozen on day 7 (4cc and 5cc). I am a 28 yr old female with a amh of 10.5 pco no pcos, hashimotos, MTHFR c667t homo. Husband has semi normal analysis with slightly lower morphology (5%) and y chromosome inversion. Would you say this was a fluke cycle with bad stimming protocol (letrazole and 150 gonalf), an egg quality issue, or a sperm quality issue? Thank you!

This could be a combination of all 3! Immune issues can cause poor embryo development as can Male factor. I think best is to fill out a consult request on the website and we can schedule a free consult to reveiw your case.
