I have an appointment in approximately a month. I am currently 2 weeks post d&e, and have recently just started my prepregnancy supplements again. The list of supplements are: 600mg CoQ10, 1800mg fish oil (1300EPA & 500DHA) , 400mg folic acid, and 1000IU of Vit D3. I am also seriously considering MaxiFlavone also.

Is it Ok to be taking these supplements before my RPL bloodwork next month? Or should I stop?

Thanks in advance for your response.

Michelle

Its best to be on whatever you were taking when you had the lossses so we can see what the cause of the losses were. If their are signs of "inflammation" then I wlll tell you exactly what to take.
