I'm 32 yrs old and I've had multiple IVF failures where i had "perfect embryos" transfered, great fertilization results, hysteroscopy, endometrical biopsy, saline ultrasound, hsg, good lining, immunological testing and yet BFN. I have children which were naturally conceived with my husband and delivered via c-sections, and started IVF after he began mood stabilizers which were causing erectile dysfunction, low motility and low volume. I have been told after MRI that i have "a focus of adenomyosis" and should try 3 months of Depo Lupron before another transfer.
I just wanted your thoughts about this and wether i should continue trying.

I think that is a bit of a reach and other more likely diagnosis should be entertained. at a minimum a laparoscopy can be performed to see if there is endometriosis which is associated with adenomyosis. But there are many other issues that must be addressed when you fail with perfect embryos. Although you mention an immune workup was done this is rarely the complete workup that you need to make a correct diagnosis.

I would be happy to assist you with this , you can fll out a consult request on the website and we will schedule a free 10 min chat so we can discuss your case and if we could be of service to you.
