I have had 4 miscarriages in the last year and have had a lot of testing done since the last one including
Natural Killer cells (chicago tests) - showed elevated results and have been recommended intralipids and steroids from next positive pregnancy result (I am trying to conceive naturally)
Normal cyrokine ratios
TEG result - elevated - been recommended clexane (40mg) and aspirin (150mg) from positive pregnancy test
Normal karyotyping for my partner and I - the results of the karyotyping on the products of conception from the last miscarriage showed an abnormalilty / trisomy
AMH - low at 9.8
Normal thyroid function, full blood count, autoimmine, thrombophillia screen, anti cardiolipin, anti B Glycoprotein
I had a hysteroscopy that found and resectioned an arcuate uterus.

My question, and hoping your expertise can help, is there anything that I am missing / should do before we try again?
