Dr Braverman,
I have a slight clotting disorder i take a baby asprin every day. It was only discovered because I asked to be tested after 4 miscarriages. In between those miscarriages I had a daughter which I took baby asprin on my own without any one knowing. My husband and I have been trying for seven years. We did two rounds of IVf, first failed because we needed ICSI second successful but then I miscarried at a 8 weeks. We heard a heartbeat each of the four times. I also had a recent blood test that came back positive for ANA. I want to know what can be taken and what can be done to have another successful pregnancy. I just got approved for a grant but this is our last time. My husband that I am married to now has no children and is 42 and wants one so bad as do I. My daughter is from my previous marriage. I called your office and know you don't have the grant available and we do not have any money but I wanted to know what you think I can do to increase my odds with clotting and autoimmune issue? Could the baby asprin have saved my daughter? Its rare to have a heartbeat all four times and it stop growing?
Thank you for your advice I heard you are the best of the best.

I dont know your entire case , but this is almost certainly an immune related issue, as losses once the heart beat is identfied is most likely not genetic. It may be possible if these issues are treated that you may concieve without IVF as many of our patients have. I would be happy to discuss this with you, a 10 minute brief intervew has no charge. I hope we will speak, I will do my best to help you.
