ANA & Laminin1 AK- treatment

I am 34 and I have one failed IFV (18 eggs produced,12 fertilized, 7 of very good quality) and one FET. Each time I received a " very good quality" day 5 blast. I had a complete immune profile and was tested positive with ANA (1:640), Laminin 1 AK and high level of CD 69+ (abs. No/cmm) 393, CD 69+CD3+ (%Ly) 8.87%. The other immunological as well as the hormone levels are alright.

During my FET I received progesterone (3X200mg), estradiol (3X2 mg until transfer and 3X1mg afterwards),baby aspirin 100mg and from transfer 10 mg prednisolone.
12 days after the transfer my HCG level was 32,5 and as 9 days later there was nothing to be seen on scan I repeated the blood test and the HCG level dropped down to 24.

My question is if the prednisolone dosage is enough and if I should also take lovenox.

Your workup to date only confirms that their is an immune issue(the pos ANA) , but you need to do a comlete workup to make the diagnosis. You cant discuss how much medication to use until you know what you are treating and the severity. Your immune testing is very minimal to this poiht.
