Hi Dr. Braverman-

I am 37 with PCOS, APS, MTHFR 677t, Lupus Anticoaglant and Anticardiolipids and low progesterone.

I have had a total 4 losses 3 medicated, 2 IVF. 2 blighted ovums and this last one is chemical pregnancy with PGS tested embryos 5AC & 4AA and I was on baby aspirin and lovenox 40mg prior to starting estrogen this last cycle and metformin. Do I need intralipids? Or IVIG treatment? I have lost two pregnancy with PGS tested embryos. I am so lost.

Thank you so much in advance.

Denise
