Do you generally recommend aspirin to patients?

I have the following conditions:

Hypothyroidism
Anti-thyroid antibodies
MTHFR Homozygous
Missing 3 KIRs

For my next cycle I will be taking Neupogen and Clexane.

Would you normally advise patients to take "baby aspirin" (75mg) as well? I know fertility specialists differ on their opinions with this and I was curious to know your opinion.

If so, at what stage of treatment do you recommend starting and stopping it?

I add baby asa quite often. I dont know your case exactly so I cant tell you if you would need it . Rather than determine that you are missing KIR receptors it is just as important to know which KIR haplotype you have so you can see if the KIR issue is relevant. It requires screening of all the KIR receptors not just 3. Good luck to you. I hope this helps.
