Dr. Braverman,

I also forgot to tell you that I have raised NK Killer Cells (19%) in addition to the "matching" with my husband. All over genetic and immunological testing came back perfectly fine. I have no other known issues, great egg quality, response, sperm, etc.

So not only do I have autoimmune, I am allioimmune. Would you recommend IVIG or Interlipids or both?

I dont think the HLA matching issues are significant and you should not be worried about wiehter an embryo has a matching DQalpha on it. (Please read my full blog on HLA ). YOu dont have enough information yet to decide on the true nature of your problem, yet clearly one exists. I would recommend filling out my consultation form and setting up a consultation so you can get a correct workup. You cant begin to discuss therapy until you know what is cuasing your problem. NK cells are a symptom of a problem but most likley not the problem.
