Baby Aspirin?

Hi Dr. Braverman,

Do you recommend baby aspirin as part of the protocol for recurrent loss? I have positive APA for which lovenox and baby aspirin are advised. However, I am now hearing a point of view that baby aspirin is unnecessary and potentially can make things worse. What do you think?

I usually prescribe both.
