Continue Testing?

My husband and I are in our early 20's, we've been trying for our first for about 4 years and have never been pregnant. I have endometriosis and hypothyroidism. Despite 7 rounds of Clomid, 2 Femara, 1 Follistim, and 4 IUIs, none of them resulted in a pregnancy. My doctor mentioned he thinks sperm/egg are meeting, but the issue lies in the implantation process. Sometimes I'll have what I assume is a "reaction" after ovulation. I'll get burning sensations in my uterus area, widespread itching, and last month (Follistim IUI) I got hives on my stomach which is the first time in my life I've ever gotten them. I'm not sure if it's just a coincidence though?

We decided before spending the money on IVF to pursue immune testing... My thyroid peroxidase antibody was negative and so was antithyroglobulin. Antiphospholipid and antinuclear antibodies were also within normal range. Natural killer cells were at nearly 12% in the native state which according to that lab's ranges was elevated (their cut off is 10%) and intralipids were recommended, but I realize according to most other doctors that over 15 or 20% is more likely to be an issue. I had been on Prednisone the weeks leading up to my testing, I was off it for 10 days when I had my blood draw, so I don't know if maybe that affected the results at all.

I don't feel all the necessary tests were ordered and I feel there's more pieces to this puzzle. If we were to continue to dig for answers, what tests should we do? Does it sound like an immune issue to you? Would you recommend the HLA panel for implantation failure?
