Dear Dr. Braverman
I just found out about you and I am very interested in your treatment.
I live in Europe. I have been infertile for 5 years with one ectopic, at least 2 chemicals, minimal endometriosis and hormonal issues with spotting most of the cycle. I have two questions for you:
Do you think I might have immunological issues?
Is it possible to be treated by you if we are not willing to go through IUI and IVF? (we are catholic christians) (we have been in NaProTechnology treatment this far which have helped the hormonal problem but still no pregnancy)

Sincerely,
Amber

yes we assisit many couple like yourself all over the world and many never go to IVF or IUI. You certainly have evidence for immune issues and a workup can be done where you live.
Please call my office and we can set up a SKYPE consultation to go over your history. I look forward to speaking with you.

Dear Dr. Braverman,
Thank you so much for your quick reply and all your good work. I have just one more question. Since we have limited financial means would it make sense to just try out steroids and aspirin for a few cycles first and then if that does not work to move on to immune testing with you? Or would you recommend doing the testing first in any case? ( I understand that the immune testing is quite extensive and therefore expensive)

I do understand the financial constraints imposed on many of our patients. But i can never make a recommendation about treatment without the correct workup.
