Hi there,
I have a few questions:
1. i live in Australia & have high uterine NK cells...they do limited testing here (don't do NK target tests or th1/th2 ratios etc) - can you send blood to have these tests?
2. Does the combination of a dq a1 201 with the additional beta chain dqb1 201 always lead to blighted ova & miscarriage? I can't seem to find any info/studies on this?
3. Is there any way to test dq alpha of sperm/embryo before IVF implantation (so that only non 201 embryos are transferred)?
4. My husbands second HLA dq alpha is a 4.1 (0501) - does my uterus respond like this is cancer & try to also kill off these embryos? Would neupogen/intraliplid/clexane assist to help prevent killing off of embryo?
5. Does a dq beta of 4.1 (me) show any compatibility issues with husbands dq alpha 4.1?
Would be happy to do phone consult to discuss in detail & blood test logistics but if you wouldn't mind answering these questions first online? Thank you so much for your help... I understand more HLa testing is needed but if I Could understand what current results also mean?

You cant find anything on it because it was a theory from over 20 years ago that did not pan out. It may be due to certian Haplotypes that predispose to blghted ovum or significant class 2 HLA mathcing. I can get all of the testing performed for you in Australia and sent here.
If you would like my help please fill out a consult form on the website and send it in. We will schedule a free 10 mintue chat.
