We are partial DqAlpha 4.1 match
Full Dqbeta. 02,05
HLA DR we are partial with DRB3 and
HLA C partial match with 12My dqalpha is 4.1 and 1.1
My husband is 4.1 and 1.2

I have high ATA from Hashimotos. Also have Stage 2 Endometriosis, PCOS and Factor II Prothrombin gene mutation...and 1 copy of MTHFR.

My NKa is marked as borderline, with high CD19 with a level of 13.8 and cut off was 12.
and CD19+cells. CD5+ was 26.8 with cut off of 10 being normal.

All other NKa was completely normal.

I got pregnant with Clomid and IUI on my 3rd attempt and miscarried at 5week2days.

My husband has low count and poor morphology so we are moving on to IVF.

Was told that Intralipid, prednisone, lovenox would be enough to sustain pregnancy. Do you agree?

I couldnt answer that question without seeing other parameters in the immune profile such as NKT and their subsets, cytokines, and understanding your full clinical history. With that said if all the above are normal I see that at a minimum you need the treatments that were prescribed, but it is just as important to monitor all the levels to be sure you dont need any adjustments once you concieve.

you do have a high order HLA matching issue with your husband , which you wont know if its a problem until after you concieve and in those cases its important to modify the treatments immediately. If there is another loss on the prescribed treatments then you would have to address those issues prior to attempting another conception.
