I am 32 years old with moderate/severe psoriasis. I recently lost my first pregnancy at around 6 weeks. It was diagnosed as tubal and treated with methotrexate, surgery was not required. Both my mother and sister have a history of multiple losses due to cervical incompetency, however there is no history of tubal pregnancy. My physicians are not recommending any follow up tests or other action and have advised us to try again. Given my family history, I am eager to be proactive in assuring a healthy pregnancy. Do you recommend any follow up tests or next steps? Thank you in advance.

With Psoriasis, tubal pregnancy , and pregnancy loss there is good evidence you may have silent endometriosis , commmon in our patients with Psoriasis. I suggest you fill out a consult form on my website and we will schedule a free phone or SKYPE consult to discuss your case in detail.
