Hi Dr Braverman

I hope you can give me some hope.
After trying for 7 yrs - 4 IVF attempts - 1 pregnancy which ended in miscarriage I have recently been diagnosed first with endemitiris and today with eleveted natural killer cells.

I was wondering what is the bext protocol to follow to address these problems - especially the natural killer cell problem

We are due to go through donor egg treatment soon and wondered if there may be hope to still conceive naturally - even if we do have to go the donor route these cells I have read also cause miscarriage so the problem I feel needs to be addressed and asap.
I am nearly 40 and feel time is against me.

Would appreciate your advice.

only knowing about elevated NK cells without knowing why they are elevated does not give you a basis for treatment. Endometritis is certainly a cause of repetative failure but once treated you should respond and so it does appear this may not be the main issue. Unitl you have had a "complete" immune workup you would just be guessing what to do and if you are moving to a Donor cycle you cant afford to do that. I would be happy to assist you if you would like my help.
