Dr. Braverman, Hi. I am one of your immune patients. We are stuck. Long story but where we stand now is I have the endometrioma cyst that you know about . Because of insurance purposes, the surgeon you recommended I had wanted is out of network.

I went for a second opinion and the new surgeon is saying they do not usually remove the cyst for a donor egg cycle unless have symptoms-I have no pain.

I am confused. With too many implantation failures we think related to the egg as you seemed to indicate we don't want to take chances but

we wanted to hear from you in your forum-must the 1 cyst on my ovary be removed prior to egg donor cycle if not having pain symptoms or do women get pregnant with endometriosis donor egg cycles.

or are there ways to compensate via immune treatments so I can be successful.

What are your throughts on endometriosis/endometrioma cyst for donor egg cycle with no symptoms. I am literally scared either way hearing about butchered cases trying to remove it-or immune issues preventing implantion related to it.

I just don't want to lose out on this donor egg cycle.

Are successes good with immune treatments for endometrioma cyst.

What are your thoughts wiht the literature.

You told me i don't have any dqla tissue matching, you thought i just had minor immune such as preclampsia with first pregnancy delivered at 33 wks, and some very minor immune stuff you told me and had given me normal meds-prednisone, lov. plus neupogen based on strong family history of autoimmune.

Please advise-should i just be giving up and going surrogate or can endometriosis-a cyst on my ovary be overcome with donor egg cycle. What is the literature and your experience been.

I am scared of failing with a proven donor over my endometriosis cyst on my ovary. You are/have been a great dr. to us and we plan on staying with you. Any tests you want results or repeats. Thanks!!!!!

we should speak so I can go over your case with you and help you make a decision. I would like to look at my notes and see why I recommended the surgery. If you could email me on Monday I will go over my notes wtih you and we can decide your best option.
