experienced recent still birth

Dear Dr. Braverman,

I am 33 yr old female with history of 3 very early miscarriage and recent one full term still birth at 39.1 week even after taking baby aspirin. I was very healthy in pregnancy no problem with diabetes or blood pressure and baby was also good. The autopsy on my baby says cause of death most likely amniotic fluid aspiration.Baby genetic test is also normal.

I have been also tested for below mentioned tests

Lupus Anticoagulant Comp; Protein S Panel; Anticardiolip Ab, IgA/G/M, Qn; Beta−2 Glycoprotein I
Ab,G,A,M; MTHFR; Protein C Deficiency Profile; Factor V Leiden Mutation; Factor II, DNA Analysis;
Hemoglobin A1c; Antinuclear Antibodies Direct; Homocyst(e)ine, Plasma; Venipuncture

Out of these test ordered I am positive abnormal for ANA and MTHFR A Copy.

My doctors are not worried they say nothing.

Please doctor help me pls advice.
