When I first met Dr. Braverman, I had already had 4 failed IVF cycles, with only a diagnosis of unexplained infertility. My husband and I had really just given up. My first appointment with Our Medical Team, and meeting Margaret, and Sandra I just knew this was a doctor's office like no other. I immeadiately felt like I was home and only good things were going to happen for my husband and I here. DR. Braverman was so caring, calming, positive, but above all he was so truthful. He sent me for bloodwork ASAP, of course with 4 cycles of IVF I can't count how many times I have had blood drawn, but this time was different because he was not just shecking my FSH, T4, and all the usuals that go along with the infertility protocol he was looking for very specific levels based on our initial consult and my indivual history. And low n behold after that initial bloodwork, Dr. Braverman found what two other very well know infertlity specialists on the North Shore could not after 4 failed cycles and thousands of blood counts. I have this wonderful gene whose call letters are "MTHFR" perefct!! So, that one blood test and my "MTHFR" gene explained all my failed IVF cycles, miscarriage and "unexpalined infertility". I needed to be on LOVENOX. OMG!!!!! That's it there's gotta be more! All this time, all this heartbreak, all this hoplessness, and all I had to do was take an injection of Lovenox, you could have blown us away with a feather! So thanks you to the best doctor and staff in the world. Our dream became a reality on Dec. 22,2009 when our beautiful baby boy Joseph was born. We are, and will forever be grateful to you all. Congrats! My husband and I just went to Dr. Braverman, I had 7 miscarriages and I am hoping my fairytale dream comes true with Our Medical Team. He seems very positive so I am keeping my hopes up!
