Female with antisperm antibodies in blood

Hi Dr. Braverman,

I am a female with antisperm antibodies in my blood. I have struggled with this for years. I go through times where I am in "remission" and my bloodtests are negative (for over a year and a half) and now they are back. I was pregnant last October (when I tested negative) but sadly miscarried. I am very concerned about this as now my latest test shows that I am positve with an antibody titre of 1:100. Is this number indicative of a high immunological response? What are my options if any? I am feeling so desperate and like there is no hope. Please advise.

I think there are probably more significant issues than the anti sperm antibodies and would look thoroughly for them. You are most likely putting too much weight on a test I dont even order anymore.
