Dear Dr. Braverman,
What would you suggest for someone who had a uterine biopsy and found out that CD57 cells are not increased but Foxp3 cells are low? Does Neupogen solve this? Would it be the sub Q shots or the uterine wash?

I also have elevated NK cells, , homozygous MTHFR A, PAI homozygous 4G/4G mutation, Low Protein S, and Hetero mutated Factor V.

My TNF and all other immune tests came back normal.
Thank you in advance.

Many people ask me advice based on a list of what they beleive to be a complete immune workup . The problem is the decision on what treatments to pursue are never as simple as some clinics make it out to be if done correctly . The decision on treatment must be based on a detailed history as well as a true complete immune analysis. So a few scatterred results just are not enough to give an "intelligent" recommendation. I would be happy to assist you with this, you can call my office and schedule a phone or skype consultation if you are not local. Please understand that uterine biopsies while in theory offer us insight into the immune status local to embryo implantation, we are far away from learning how to interpret results and apply them.
