Hello,

I'd really appreciate your view on the use of neupogen in relation to KIR results.

Would you consider neupogen appropriate in a case of unexplained infertility where all activating KIR are missing except 2DS2 and 2DS4 and the HLA-C genotype of the father is unknown (donor sperm)?

What are the relative merits of using neupogen in a uterine wash vs. injections under these circumstances? (Lining always appears good on scan - usually around 10.5mm and tri-laminar prior to LH surge/HCG trigger.)

Many thanks.

I think "way" too much emphasis on KIR issues. While a real problem I usually place them last on my list to treat while I look for more obvious issues. If you have a history of miscarriages or failed implantation , you should have a full workup prior to embarking on any therapy and have a diagnosis so you get the correct treatment. I would be happy to help you .

As far as intrauterin wash, if the lining is good I have seen no benefit.
