Thank you for reading my post Dr Braverman. x
I would like your opinion as to whether G-csf may work for us. I will give you as brief a history as possible!
Trying for 6 years
No reason for infertility found (I have also had hysteroscopy, endometrial biopsy and laparoscopy to check)
2 failed iui's (Good response, thin lining)
1 failed ivf (1 transferred, 15mm lining, ohss, 24 embryos, 17 frozen)
1 cancelled FET (Lining too thin on scans)
1 failed FET (2 grade A embryos transferred, lining 7.6mm)
Ureaplasma found in pcr test, 3 week course of antibiotics complete
Slightly raised NK cells. Intralipids, clexane and steroids recommended
Next FET will be with viagra supps and above immune treatments.
I was wondering if you think it might be worth trying G-csf as well? I want to do everything possible this time as I am becoming so tired with fertility treatments and am ready to call it a day.
Many thanks in advance for your opinion and advice.

I would need to see more of your immune testing to answer that question. It sounds like it could be of use to you but the information you gave me is not sufficient to reach a conclusion. I would be happy to complete the workup for you then assist you in getting treatment for your next cycle. But clearly you should have a complete immune panel performed prior to another transfer. If you would like my help please feel free to call my office and schedule either an in person or telephone consultation.

I am sorry, I didn't post all my results because the 50:1 cells were the only ones which were highlighted at 17.9%. Everything else was within the normal range, apart from LAD which was negative, but I have never been pregnant. The second opinion got from a doctor in Greece suggested that these may have been raised to fight the ureaplasma infection. Thank you for your advice though, I had hoped to try G-csf...as long as it can't do more harm than good!

I still need to see what cells they tested for on your immune panel as well as all the cytokines they looked at. Also need to see detailed HLA screening as well. Not good to use a treatment until all the issues have been explored and all correct treatment has been given.
