HELP!wild yam root in my vitamin?!?!?

Hey Dr B!!
In looking at my multivitamin I noticed that it has 50mg of wild yam root (dioscorea villosa) in it. I have read contradicting articles on this. Some say this substance is what they used to make birthcontrol out of in the 50's. Others say it is good for fertility, but may interact with estradiol. Could it interact with fertility meds to where I only need to worry about it when I cycle?

I am taking this with 2000 omega 3's, baby aspirin, and vit D like you suggested.

I think its fine, stop reading these articles they usually have few references and validations and cause undo stress. you are fine so dont worry.
