hi Everybody,

I had 3 cycles all negative, never been pregnant, will have FET transfer this month. I went to a reproductive immunology and found out the me and my partners HLA DQA-1 match 01,05. He is suggesting LIT but since from where we live they don't really recognize lit so it is not part of our health system also IVIG. My question Doc what is the meaning of having the same HLADQA1? I will be also taking DEX and Clexene. Progesterone, Crinone, and I am also positive of MTHFR 1298 A>C (E429A) mutation=heterozygote. I was taking prednisolene, claxene on my 3rd cycle but did not work as well. What do you suggest for me to do on my upcoming FET? Being said on my 3 fresh cycles all embryo are the best they said

DQalpha match is not a diagnosis, so your therapy is really not appropriate(nor do I beleive LIT is of benefit) . I think no therapy should be recommended until you have a correct diagnosis. I would be happy to assist you with this. Simply fill out a consult form on the website and we can schedule a free SKYPE or telephone consult to reveiw your case in detail (read my blog on use of HLA testing )
