Homo and hetro MTHFR

I have been diagnosed with hetro c677t and homoA128c. I have had 5 miscarriages all ending prior to 6-9 weeks. I am 42 yrs old and have a amh of 31. I have a tsh of 2.6 all other immune issues appear to be normal. Could you advise if you believe high dose fish oil would have the same effect as clexane? Do you think the MTHFR is causing an issue?

No I dont think its the MTHFR you would need folic acid and B supplements for that.
I think you need a more complete workup to determine the cause of all your losses. Im not sure you have it right as you can only have 2 MTFHR genes if both are A12C then you are homo but if you have one of each you are hetero for each. But you cant be hetero for one and homo for another that would require 3 genes and you only have 2.
