I am 35 yrs old and have a 21 month old son. we did IUI to have him because we had unexplained infertility. I had a "chemical pregnancy" before success in having my son.

While pregnant with my son, we had a CVS done and karyotyping on my husband and me, with returns coming back as normal.

Since his birth, I had 4 failed IUIs, 1 chemical pregnancy from it. Had a repeat HSG where they said there MAY be blockage from my son's c-section so we switched to IVF. Another chemical pregnancy with IVf (6 day transfer and ICSI) and a "clinical miscarriage" at 8 weeks with the twins heartbeats stopping at 7.5 weeks (from a FET).

I am presently waiting on information from the D&C and assume the next time for IVF will be done with PGD/CCS.

I asked my RE to test me for the following, but she said I already was and came back ok (one of the items on the list i wasn't tested for but they told me I had to wait for my beta to be zero after the D&C):

1. Recurrent Pregnancy Loss panel
2. Anticardiolipin antibodies and lupus anticoagulant
3. Factor v Leiden mutation
4. Protein S deficiency
5. Protein C deficiency
6. Antithrombin Deficiency
7. karyotype and thrombopholia

Is there something else I should be asking for ?

I am very sorry for your losses. The workup for recurrent miscarriage is not a simple one and it is not uncommon for patients to send me a "fill in the blanks" email for whats missing from their testing. I wish it was that simple. We need to go overy our entire history then I will put together a "complete" testing panel to be sure we have not missed anything. My philosophy with RPL is to leave no stone unturned so we can significantly decrease the likelihood that this will happen to you again. I dont see any immune profiles in the list that you sent me however and at a minimum that will be necessary.
