Daer Dr. Braverman,
could HPA 1a/1b heterozygous be a reason for recurrant pregnancy loss? If yes, in wich way and how it should be treated?

This would not be the cause of early recurrent preganncy loss, but may be associated with later neonatal platelet issues and late loss in pregnancy.

I have Born a healty boy 2010 after this recurrant miscarriage due to autoimmune disease (Hashimoto). Do you think it is propably that in next pregnancy I could have Problems due to this HPA 1a/1b heterozygous? And on what I have to watch in Late pregnancy or what can I do to avoid problems?

Im not worried about that , more worried about the Hashi and possiblity of endometriosis . Please see my website page on endometriosis and Hashi.

I do not have any singns of endometriosis, no pains, normal cycles with now less bleeding.
my miscarriages happened al at 7 week of pregnancy with SCH! Embryo stopped growing at 6 week.
