Dr. Braverman,

I have read your article on Humira and how it is beneficial at lowering TNF-a when other treatments have failed. I am aware of the Tuberculosis testing need before its use.
However what are your thoughts of Humira permanently lowering TNFa and making one susceptible to cancers, diseases etc? Is this more of a long term usage side effect for those with RA? Thank you for your time!
