i was wondering if you think it's possible to have immune treatment without IVF and be successful. I have elevated NK cells, mild APA, and possible AT III deficiency. I am already on 80mg lovenox 2 x day since Oct 2011 and take aspirin and progesterone whenever i am pregnant and have still lost 4 in a row. I have AMH = 0.16 and FSH = 10.8 as of late last year. I am 36yrs old. I don't have HLA/DQa matching. I was told i need intralipids and steroids with IVF. I know I'm running out of time but just wanted to know if it was possible. I do have 3 kids from two previous relationships, but lost all four with my current. he has no kids. Each time i lose i have seen a heartbeat but can't get passed 8 wks.

You may need further testing with this history there is a clear immune issue. DQalpha testing alone is insufficient to make an HLA diagnosis, please see our most recent blog about this. Yes if you are getting pregnant on our own you can treat the immune issues without IVF. I would be happy to help you , call our office and they will schedule a free 10 minute consult if you are not local to us.
