IVIG & Hizantra

We are going to begin looking at Hizantra (SQ IVIG) as an option for those patients using IVIG. It is easier to use, has less side effects, and since it can be administered at home by the patient, will ultimately cost less money. Reports also show that it maintains a much better steady state so it may be more effective. We will look at this by measuring the amount of "protective antibody" in the blood after the treatments.
