Lovenox?

Hello,

I have had 3 miscarriages in the past 2.5 years at 5, 11 and 10 weeks. My most recent loss was chromosomally normal and we saw the heartbeat at 7 weeks. My cardiolipin IgM antibodies measured at 4.9 MPL-U/mL with a MOM of 3.1. I also have Protein C deficiency: 0.72 U/mL (the lower range is 0.75 so it seems mild to me.) In your practice would this warrant me to be on Lovenox for my next pregnancy?

This is not enough information to make any recommendations based on your history of 3 losses. . Our complete immune profile should be performed for an accurate diagnosis of your problem. Then you would have a protocol for the losses put in place. However it would seem at least Lovenox would be in order.
