Hello Dr.

I found out Friday that I pregnant following a 3 day frozen embryo transfer. At 12 days after my transfer, my beta was 300, progesterone was 11.1 and estrogen was 1,700. I am nervous about my p4 level and my RE won't recheck because he said it isn't needed becaus I have been on endometrin vaginally 3x a day starting 3 days before transfer. I also have been on estrogen starting at day 4 of my cycle and am still currently on it and the endometrin. I am nervous because with my last pregnancy, Also a FET from the same batch of embryos, on 13 days past transfer, my p4 was 17.4 and it was a twin pregnancy. Unfortunately I lost one at 9.5 weeks. Could my p4 be problematic or a sign of an unhealthy pregnancy or could it be because I have been on hormones so maybe i didn't ovulate?

endometrin does not raise serum levels of progesterone so having levels under even 10 is not unusual. Loosing a twin is not unusual but any other losses should trigger an investigation. Good Luck.
