Hi Dr Braverman I just want to tell you that I am in my second IVF 5D transfer(frozen embryos(2) made on Dec 11th and I am now @ hgc beta 13.3 blood test taken yesterday I have to go back for the second hoc beta test on Monday 12/21 and I am so nervous....after 13 miscarriages now I am on neopugen and estradiol and dexamethisone pills along with my prenatal vitamins and vaginal progesterone am and pm suppository. Is it normal the hgc at 13.3? I feel so scary and nervous about all this but I have faith to success on it. After 12 years of trying and finally my doctor a specialist in miscarriage gave me an answer for all my miscarriages which is elevated natural killers cells and now I am receptive. So, I am happy on that way that finally I got and explanation about my consecutive miscarriages. I will keep you on post after my second hoc beta result. Thanks...I have faith on this pregnancy.

High NKC by itself is not an "explanation" but just a symptom of some other underlying issue. That by itself is not enough information to prescribe neupogen, although it is a good therapy and may still be of benefit to you. As I state so often , and especially with a history such as yours , you need a complete immune analysis, see my website for what this entails. Please let me know how you do and good luck, the number can still go up!!

yes CRAMS applies here , the name would be too long if I included failed implantation in CRAMS but it impiles that the embryo converts to aneuploidy once transferred and is the reason also for a complete negative pregnancy test.
