MTHFR and lovenox

Hi Dr. Braverman,

I have a question about the mthfr mutation and lovenox. I am homozygous for mthfr (c677t) and am 12.5 weeks pregnant. I have been on baby aspirin, folgard and lovenox thus far. This was an IVF pregnancy and I've had one miscarriage (low heart rate at 6 and 7 weeks then loss) and one chemical pregnancy. I met with my perinatologist yesterday who told me to stop the lovenox at this point but continue BA and folgard. I am nervous about this and wanted a second opinion.

of course I dont know your case will, in my patiens wtih this mutation and a history of early losses I continue the lovenox until term.
