Mthfr mutations and progestrone

Hi Dr. Braverman,

Do you generally recommend patients with a c677t Mthfr mutation that have had a previous PPROM at 35 weeks with no contractions to get the progestrone injections at 16-20 weeks?

One has nothing to do with the other. But yes I do think progesterone injections are worthwhile in these cases.
