Hi dr braverman. I have recently suffered my 5th miscarriage following an ivf cycle with immune drugs. I have also had 1 other ivf cycle last year and all my losses have been between 4- 6.5 weeks. My immune issues are:

Dq Alfa match me 0501/0101 husband 0501/0101
negetive LAD
ANtiphoslipid antibody syndrome
PA1 4/5G homogenous mutated gene
Elevated NK 19 / 5 ratio

My last Ivf cycle consisted of (2 intalipids before ivf and 1 after positive preg/ dexamethasone/ aspirin / clexane/ metaformin/ progvona (hrt) and progesterone). a high dose of pretty much everything.
My clinic have said that the next attempt (FET) if pregnant I will be on 3 hcg shots a week to support the pregnancy (and the placenta I think?) - but they don't offer LIT. I am very concious that the matching dq Alfa and negative lad is not a good combo.
I am at a comlete loss as to what to do - can the hcg shots make such a difference given that I was on so many drugs and still m/c. Or am I setting myself up for another failure. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

First the DQalpha match and the negative LAD are of no significance. So the problem that I can see is that you have not had a complete immune evlaution and therefore dont have a diagnosis, this leads to polypharmacy where you get multiple treatments becasue no one knows what your actual diagnosis is.
I would be happy to help you with this. Simply fill out a consult request on our website and we will schedule you for a free 10 minute chat.
