Nervous about low progesterone

Dr. Braverman,
I just received my lab results back from my RE. Today is 13 days past a 4 day transfer of two embryos.
My results are as follows: HCG - 1,389; e2 2,302, p4 - 17.4.
I am on endometrin 3x a day and estrace. I am nervous that my p4 is too low and that i will lose this pregnancy. I had my first pregnancy, last march, end in a blighted ovum. Should i switch to injections or is it too late?

I dont know your entire case so I cant comment on what is the "correct" treatment for you. But endometrin does not raise the serum progesterone so if you are taking it 3 times per day with a serum of 17.4 I would not worry that it is too low. You are on plenty of progesterone. This will not be the cause of a blghted ovum and should that happen again then you should look into other issues. But one blgihted ovum would not concern me. I think you will be fine.
