Dear Dr Braverman

I have had 7 recurrent pregnancy losses, my last one after undergoing IVF. I have tested positive for ANA, MTHFR double heterozygote, Factor V Leiden, Protein S deficiency, high NK cells including high TNF-a. I have used intralipids, 40ml clexane and 20mg prednisolone in my last cycle but still miscarried. I have been reading about neupogen. Do you think I should use this next? My doctor seems to think I should use neupogen without intralipids and prednisolone. However, some of your patients seems to have usedf it alongside intralipids and prednisolone. What are your thoughts pls?

my thoughts are that you need a full immune panel in order to decide all of the "correct" treatments. what you have done to date is very limited and I suspect you have not even found th issue that needs to be treated. Why dont you fill out a consult form on the website and we can set up a free phone or SKYPE apt. to discuss your case in detail.
