I have heard that a patient on Neupogen usually has an increased WBC count. Would you mind sharing how high that you have found that your patients WBC count averages on Neupogen and at what level would consider to be to high and a concern? Thank you for taking the time to answer my question. This board has been a wealth of information.

Are you about to undergo a neupogen cycle? My concern is that the doctor prescribing it should know the boundaries, as well as the symptoms to follow. The levels would be based on the clinical picture so its not as clear as defining a high end number.
Yes you are correct and WBC does go up on nuepogen , so other medical issues should be addressed before starting it. I have seen counts anywhere from normal to as high as 112,000.
