Hi Dr Braverman, I am in Australia and wondering if you ever use Neupogen together with IVIG or if you only use one or the other based on your diagnosis? The Neupogen here is not a wash but daily injections of 60mcg (from 300mcg in 1ml solution) from FET to 10 weeks pregnant. Thank you!

Yes , I use them together quite frequently . They have similar and also different mechanisms of action. As an example IVIG raises the level of T regulator cells but neupogen helps to recruit them to the uterine lining . The overall diagnosis as well as the response to your current therapies would dictate the medications, frequency and doses we would use and all are equally important for success.
