Hi Dr. Braverman-

I hope you can help me. As I feel that I am lost in this and not getting the direction and attention I need. I have gone through 2 IVFs and one FET since Sept 2010. I had a chemical pregnancy with my FET and a blighted ovum with my 2nd IVF. I had to have a D&C in May from my blighted ovum. I always have had thin lining -never getting over 7-7.5 but ever since my D&C it has been worse. I can't seem to get it over 5.5.-6 while using all the same drugs that worked in the past. I have had 3 cancelled cycles in the past 3 months due to it not getting over 5.5. I'm currently on follistim to see if it will work to increase it. I had a appt on Monday ( after 6 days of meds) and it was at 5. I go back tomorrow to see if it increases at all. My RE has heard of neupogen and said that I could try it if I wanted but she hasn't heard any encouraging stories from it increasing lining. She said she would give it to me in a single shot to the uterus ?!?! I think...she didn't explain it to me. She said she would do that tomorrow if all looked good and move forward giving the HCG. During the past few months I have also forced my RE to run Thrombilia testing because she said It wasn't necessary for me. Well I foudn out that I haev MTHFR homozygous C677T and PAI-1 (4g/5g). Both my RE and Obgyn said I wouldn't need Lovenex until I get pregnant. Can you please let me know what you think of the single shot of neupogen and if I should start Lovenex before transfer or time of transfer ( not wait until I get pregnant). Thanks for your help in advanced.

Ok I would like to know your Resistance Index(blood flow through your uterine artery) to guage if this is another avenue to be addressed due to thin lining. Giving 300mcg of nuepogen in 1cc saline intrauterine day 8 and 10 of stim has given me significant improvement in "some" cases in my practice, but not all. If there is a high resistance index then lovenox early may help with that along with Vit E 600IU and viagra supp 50mg twice daily. Regardless I would start the lovenox with transfer at the latest. some with the 4G/5G benefit with metformin use which also improves lining. Hope this helps. Feel free to call me for a consultation if you need any more guidance.
